How should I care for my jewellery?
Lunanite jewellery is crafted to be worn and lived in, yet all fine jewellery requires thoughtful care. Solid metals may naturally develop marks, patina, or subtle changes in surface over time these are part of the story of wear. However all this can be fixed with a quick visit to your nearest jeweller for a polish and your piece will look brand new or you can use generic jewellery cleaning agents like Brasso for brass jewellery.
To preserve your piece, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents. Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, exercising, or sleeping. Store pieces separately in a dry,soft-lined space to prevent scratching or tangling.
Chains are delicate by nature and should be handled with care. Lunanite is not responsible for damage caused by wear, impact, or improper use. Should your piece require repair, resizing, or refurbishment, please contact us we are always happy to advise.
What does ‘wear over time’ mean to Lunanite?
Lunanite embraces the marks of wear. Patina, softening edges, and surface changes are seen as part of a piece’s evolving story rather than imperfections.
Do you offer repairs or resizing?
Yes. Repairs, resizing, and refurbishment are offered where possible. Please contact us with details of your piece for guidance.
Will my jewellery look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is handcrafted, so slight variations may occur. These are not faults but part of the individuality of handmade jewellery.
