Shipping policy
Order Processing
All our pieces are made to order please allow 7 to 10 business days (Monday–Friday) for manufacturing and processing excluding delivery. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping
We ship nationwide within South Africa. Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (door-to-door courier). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Information
We deliver to residential and business addresses. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, as couriers may require a signature upon delivery.
Packaging
All jewellery pieces are carefully inspected and securely packaged to prevent damage. Each item is presented in a protective box. Packaging is discreet for security purposes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipients, or delays caused by remote delivery locations.
Risk & Responsibility
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the specified address. If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with clear photographs. If your parcel is marked delivered but not received, contact the courier first and notify us within 14 days.
